Welcome to Rustic Trail Teardrop Campers! We are a family-owned and operated small teardrop trailer builder located in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina just minutes away from the famous Mayberry in Mt. Airy.
What started as a backyard project back in 2012, has grown into a full-time business. Our goal at Rustic Trail Teardrops is to build an affordable, lightweight, and easy to tow teardrop camper for all to enjoy. We work hard at RTTC to take the muss and fuss that is found in bigger campers and give you a more pure and stress-free camping experience. Many of our customers are upgrading from tents and enjoy the elevated sleeping platform that we offer at Rustic Trail Teardrops that makes for a more comfortable night with a cozy bed and hard-sided walls to protect you from all weather conditions.
